We provide co-working spaces and managed office spaces in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of India. The design is specifically for large corporations. Startups and small businesses can opt for Dedicated Desks that provide a dynamic working environment, premium hi-speed internet, and amazing complimentary coffee services.
Terms and Conditions –
The term ‘workie’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website or application. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website or application. The content on the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The use of our office space and co-working space is subject to the following terms of use:
Rent – The client will be required to pay rent on a monthly or annual basis as outlined in the agreement. The rent may also include additional charges for services, utilities, maintenance, and other expenses.
Security Deposit – The client is required to provide a security deposit at the beginning of the term to cover any damages or unpaid rent at the end of the agreement. The security amount will be refunded by Workie only if prior notice of termination is given and no property is damaged.
Usage Of Workspace – Clients may use the office space during regular business hours or only during specified hours as outlined in the agreement and they are not permitted to use the Space for any illegal purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others and may not sublease or share the space without permission from us.
Termination – Clients have the option to cancel their agreement at any time with prior notice; Workie may terminate this agreement and revoke membership at any time without notice for any reason, including a breach of these terms and conditions.
Default: We reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. If the client fails to meet any of the terms and conditions of the agreement, Workie have the right to terminate the lease and pursue legal action to recover any damages or unpaid rent.
